In re LRL Citi Properties I DE, LLC (d/b/a CitiApartments)
Chapter 11 Voluntary Bankruptcy Petition

SUMMARY: Yesterday, four entities affiliated with major San Francisco
landlord CitiApartments and its owners, the Lembi family, filed for
chapter 11 protection in the Northern District of California. The four
entities are Hermann Street DE, LLC; LRL Citi Properties I DE, LLC;
Trophy Properties I DE, LLC; and Sutter Associates DE, LLC. Those four
entities collectively own approximately 15 properties in San Francisco,
with most being owned by LRL Citi Properties I DE, LLC. Below is a
complete list of the properties owned, according to the companies'
chapter 11 petitions (all properties are owned by LRL Citi unless
provided otherwise):
